Women’s Golf Day is a one day event celebrating girls and women playing golf and learning the skills that last a lifetime.
Elisa Gaudet Founder
President of Executive Golf International, a strategic consulting and marketing firm. Author of Two Good Rounds book series. Worked for the Tour de las Americas and PGA TOUR including executing the EMC World Cup in 2002. Overseeing strategy, partner development and activation. Passionate about growing golf and emerging international golf markets. Enjoy team building and empowering others especially through golf.
Golf Trivia: Golfed underwater with a dive tank at The Abaco Club on Winding Bay in the Bahamas while filmed with a GoPro on YouTube.

Mary Kay Willson

OPERATIONS OFFICER

Strategic consultant for 20 years to multiple industries including golf, real estate, country club, membership associations, travel & hospitality and the non-profit sector. Sponsorship marketing and operations consultant to multi-sport events including 5 Olympic Games and Goodwill Games. Most recently, initiated #GameON Autism Golf program and raised over $15.5 million in 5 years spearheading The Golf Challenge event series of 100+ golf tournaments for the autism foundation of World of Golf Hall of Famer, Ernie Els.

Golf Trivia: Granddaughter of Johnny Farrell, 1928 US Open Champion and winner of 25 PGA Tour events, a fine gentleman who tossed MK off of the 1st hole at Baltusrol at the age of 9 for a rather unsightly reaction to a bad bunker shot during a junior event.

A keen golfer from an early age, calling herself lucky to have Wentworth Golf Club as her home club growing up. Although her playing became sporadic, Emma’s love for golf has always been there, and after a degree in Sport Development & Coaching Sciences, she has spent her whole career in the golf industry. She wants to use her industry knowledge and passion for the game to get more people playing golf.

Golf Trivia: As Head Pro at Wentworth, Bernard Gallacher would often coach her Saturday group lesson as a teenager. Her ability to get out of greenside bunkers is all down to him!

Golf Trivia: Nicole’s first job in golf was as a client assistant for Jean Van de Velde who, just 3 weeks after she started, famously took his shoes and socks off and got into the Barry Burn in Carnoustie!

Playing Division I Tennis for St. Bonaventure University in her 20's, personal Training in London, England throughout her 30s and to taking up golf in her 40s-- she has lived an active life and embraced all of the challenges and opportunities that sports have given her along the way. Having returned to the UK after 4 years in Florida with her own golf operations company, she has continued to follow her sporting heart by working for Play More Golf—the UK’s first fully flexible golf membership. With her two teenage boys, also active golfers, and PGA husband, she rounds out a fun family foursome on the course. Encouraging and inspiring women to participate and enjoy sport will always be at the core of everything she does.

Golf Trivia: Hally graduated from Rollins College in 2016 and played a crucial role in the golf team’s 13th national championship.

Elżbieta Panas - film and theater actress has been involved in Polish golf for 30 years. Former member of the board of directors of the Polish Golf Union. More recently, also a member of the Women's Sports Commission at the Polish Olympic Committee. Among other things, she was co-producer of the first television golf magazine, co-authored an exhibition on the history of golf in Poland and around the world - the exhibition was held at the Museum of Sport and Tourism in Warsaw, and she co-edited the first printed album on the history of golf in Poland. Originator and co-founder of the Polish Women's Golf Association. She was re-elected as President of this association being a supporting member of the Polish Golf Union.

Charlene Williams is a highly-decorated 26-year U.S. Navy veteran. She is an Afghanistan Operation Enduring and Iraq Freedom veteran, president of C.T. Williams VETS Adaptive Sports & Beyond, LLC, and chief of staff for Beatty Golf Ventures LLC. She was the first female Sailor of the Year on the Naval ship USS Nassau and was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal with Gold Stars, and the Navy Achievement Medal with Gold Stars and medals and ribbons. Williams has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Organizational Guidance Counseling and is pursuing an EdD. In addition to her many service awards, her involvement in golf is extensive. She has worked on the African American Golf EXPO, the PGA Show’s Diversity and Inclusion Roundtable Forum, the MOVE UNITED Diversity Task Force Committee, Adaptive Golf Sports and numerous other initiatives dedicated to helping individuals thrive through golf.
